Paid participants in an upcoming online or in-person MIT Bootcamps program who wish to cancel their enrollment may do so by emailing an official Cancellation Request to Bootcamps Support. Before you do so, please carefully review the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the Terms of Service. All Cancellation Requests must be submitted to bootcamp-support@mit.edu.
What is the Deadline to Submit a Cancellation Request
In order to receive a refund for payments made towards an Online or an In-Person MIT Bootcamps program, you must submit a Cancellation Request at least 30 days before the start date of the Program.
Cancellation Requests received 30 days or more prior to the start date of your program will be honored. The first $1,000 USD of your total payment is non-refundable. All of your payments made in excess of $1,000 USD will be refunded.
